Il-Kuncert tal-Milied 2019 – Chorus Urbanus
Chorus Urbanus Juniors and Chorus Urbanus, along with Urbanus Festive Orchestra, under the direction of Dr John Galea, always indulge the festive character with the local artists, musicians and voices that make this concert a formidable experience for the Gozitan and foreign audiences that pack Saint George’s Basilica for this much-awaited yearly event.
The 2019 edition of ‘Il-Kuncert tal-Milied’ will take place at Saint George’s Basilica on 15 December 2019 at 20.00hrs. Although the concert is free of charge, donations in aid of the MCCF will be received.
Patrons are asked to be seated by 19.45hrs.
The Feel the Magic of Christmas poster (the 22nd edition of ‘Il-Kuncert tal-Milied’) has a particular weighty significance since it portrays the Nativity Basilica in Manger Square in Betlehem that Chorus Urbanus visited earlier this year in September 2019 singing various carols in the Grotto.
