Rehearsals have already started for the staging of the popular musical “Scrooge” by Leslie Bricusse at the Don Bosco Oratory, Victoria, Gozo later on in November 2018.
After the success of last year’s “Fiddler on the Roof”, Chorus Urbanus together with the Oratory Don Bosco will jointly produce the musical by Leslie Bricusse “Scrooge” with the participation of a host of established singers most of which members of the choir.
Dr John Galea has once again been entrusted with the musical direction of the musical. The backbone of the chorus cast is being provided by Chorus Urbanus with whom a number of other local artists and singers will be joining.
Mr Saviour Cremona will be producing this theatrical production that promises to be one of the highlights of this winter’s theatrical season in Gozo. Four shows of th musicals have been scheduled for the 3rd, 4th, 11th and 17th November 2018.
